Shaoxing hau tiao wine 2.5Cups
Fish sauce 1/3 Cup
Sugar 2 Tablespoons
Sesame oil 2 Teaspoons
1. Rinse and scald chicken wings thoroughly for around 15-20 minutes until float.
2. Put the chicken wings into iced watch until completely cool down.
3. Blend well the marinated sauce, the amount of sugar vary according to personal preference.*
4. Put chicken wings into the marinade, refrigerate for at least 2 to 24 hours.
*If you are not alcohol-lovers, you can burn off the taste a bit by boiling the marinated sauce in medium-low heat for few minutes.
